What was the situation they were experiencing?
A Quality Auditor was sought to coordinate the construction processes, since:
- Checklists were not submitted on time for review and validation of elements
- The Shell had to be built on time and complying with CPA processes, regulations, safety and specifications.
What did we do with them?
A system was designed that would comply with what was requested:
- The quality of earthworks was validated: degree of compaction and quality of materials specified by the project
- in the case of concrete, compliance with project specifications for fresh and hardened concrete, as well as the placement and finishing process, was validated.
How we worked on their project
Our team was made up of:
- Quality Auditor
- 1 Senior Engineer
- 1 Junior Engineer
- 1 Topographic Brigade
- Laboratory Technician
- Specialists were sent to visits, in areas of concrete floors, metal structure, roofing, flatness and leveling in floors.
